Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were very comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The swimming pool was excellent—perfect for both relaxing and swimming. What stood out the most was the outstanding service and attention from the staff. The food was also very good—special thanks to Gabriela. We would also like to thank José, Diana, Elmer Javier, and the entire team for making our stay so easy, pleasant, and enjoyable. Overall, a great experience, and we would happily stay here again.

Negative: We really have no complaints. If we could suggest one small improvement, it would be to add a few more hooks in the rooms or bathrooms for hanging wet towels and other items.
